Aruna Shanbaug, a junior nurse of King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, who was brutally raped by a ward boy working at same hospital died today. This incident had happened during the night of 27 November 1973, She was in a vegetative state since then. Her case regarding Euthanasia was center of attraction in media.
She died today, 18 May, at 8 am after suffering with pneumonia from last few days. May her soul rest in peace.
